Just two weeks after they began dating, Jess and Tyson went into business together, starting baked potato food chain, Mr Potato. The couple became engaged at home among a sea of red roses, balloons and candles.

A lunch at Fino Seppeltsfield before they were engaged was the deciding factor for the location. “There is just something about the terracotta terraces, Tuscan vibes and streets lined with palm trees that makes you feel like you have been transported to some exotic European location,” Jess says. “Having all of our favourite people from across the country and the world in one place was a truly magical feeling. Being at our ceremony and being able to look around the room at everyone’s smiles and tears is a feeling we’ll never forget.”
