Marigold and citrus leaf tea
makes 5 pots/10 cups
20 marigold flowers
10 fresh citrus leaves
Place marigold flowers on a rack in the sun, or in a dehydrator on about 45 degrees until completely dry. Place 2 of the dried flowers and 1 leaf in a cup (or for a small teapot use 4 dried flowers and 2 leaves). Pour over boiling water, and allow to steep for 3 minutes.
