Some say it’s the most important meal of the day, so start your day with a hint of tropical with this smoothie bowl for breakfast.

Tropical fruit & turmeric smoothie bowl
serves 4
500g frozen mango
4 frozen bananas
2 tsp turmeric
500ml coconut milk
4 cups assorted tropical fruits, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 passionfruit
⅓ cup coconut flakes, toasted
¼ cup finely chopped mint
Blend mango, banana, turmeric and coconut milk in a high-speed blender until smooth (you may need to do this in batches). Place in a container and freeze overnight.
To serve, blend frozen mango mix until smooth and spoon into bowls (Tip: place bowls in the freezer 30 minutes prior to serving). Arrange the fruit over the smoothie and spoon over passionfruit pulp. Top with coconut flakes and mint. Serve immediately.
