Start Date Policy
Purchases must be completed before the 15th of the month to receive the following months issue. If purchased after that date, the subscription will start in two months.

Delivery Policy
Subscriptions will be delivered to your specified Australian address from the next available issue. Additional charges apply for international delivery. We will endeavour to deliver your magazine at the same time it is available in the shops (or sooner) however it is possible this may differ. If this is the case, please allow an extra 3 days for delivery prior to contacting our office.

Refund Policy
Should you receive any defective hard copy magazine or product from Solstice Media we will supply you with a replacement version at no cost. If no replacement version is available we will refund your money.
