The couple decided to forgo cake and opted instead for a “sangria cheers”, while all floral arrangements were made by Georgie and her co-maids of honour, Mim Harvey and Soraya Mancini. The couple changed their wedding-day schedule to include a “first look” and photo shoot at Carriage House prior to the official ceremony. They say this was the best decision, calming their nerves. “We couldn’t stop smiling and giggling all day,” Georgie says. “From Carriage House, Carrick Hill, and Comida, to our photographer Meaghan Coles, our celebrant Camille Abbott, the food, and of course, our guests – it was a dream come true!”
