Retired Olympic cyclist Alexander Porter met his future wife Haylee after she had seen some photos of his puppy on the Instagram account of a friend – Alex’s roommate at the time.

Haylee came to meet the border collie and afterwards, Alex called his brother to say he’d just met his future wife. They were married at Longview Vineyard, in a ceremony and reception full of warmth and fun. “It was the best day of my life; being surrounded by all our loved ones whilst I married the love of my life was unforgettable,” Alex says. “Everything was perfect,” Haylee says. “The pure love, warmth and happiness everyone could feel was something you couldn’t plan for. We had everyone we loved in one place, Champagne and a full dance floor, what more could you want?”
