The two were originally introduced by Jess’s cousin, performer Hugh Sheridan, who announced on that first night that he’d be the MC if they were to marry. Fittingly, Hugh was MC, and he re-wrote the classic song Sweet Caroline into “Sweet Jess and Sam” and performed it as the bridal entrance. “It really kicked off the fun, party-vibe we were hoping for and created a unique and memorable beginning that made every guest sing and dance before the reception had even officially commenced,” Jess says. “It was honestly the most incredible day of our lives; we smiled and laughed the entire day and night.”
