Spend the rest of the afternoon walking the riverbank or floating along the River Torrens on a Captain Jolley‘s paddle boat.

Indulge in an exquisite three-course lunch for Mother’s Day in the Piccadilly Restaurant at Mount Lofty House. The lunch menu has been crafted by Head Chef, Kaushik Aiyer, and will be served alongside a two and a half-hour package of premium local wines. After lunch, wander the manicured gardens of Mount Lofty House and embrace the exquisite autumn foliage.

Treat mum to a bespoke Champagne brunch at the Magill Estate Kitchen this Mother’s Day with a set menu and plenty of Champagne to go around. The shared menu will run from 9am to 12pm and includes granola, pancakes, avocado with potato bread, smoked salmon and waffles with fried chicken and bacon. Relax with a leisurely meal and enjoy the surrounding Penfolds vineyard.

For gin-loving mums, Prohibition Liquor Co will be hosting a Mother’s Day High Tea with pots of G&Tea to accompany a delicious high tea tower to share with your mum, auntie or special someone. Each high tea tower will be packed with savoury bites, scones with jam and cream, and tasty desserts. For mum’s designated driver and under 18’s, delicious mocktails will be available. The high tea will ne on offer from 11:30am to 2pm at Prohibition Liquor Co on Gilbert Street.

Sip on sparkling

Enjoy a decadent “feed me” brunch at the National Wine Centre this Mother’s Day. Sip a glass of sparkling on arrival as you prepare to be served a special selection of fine foods. After brunch, enjoy a drink on the lawns while you enjoy live music from 2pm to 5pm, or spend some quality time with mum wandering the nearby Botanic Gardens.

Spoil mum with a beautiful brunch at The Banksia Tree Cafe in Port Adelaide. Enjoy a refreshing mimosa on arrival and prepare to tuck into a selection of sweets, savoury pastries, sandwiches and scones to celebrate Mother’s Day. A live set will be performed by Lizzie Coke Music as you enjoy a morning of locally-sourced food and coffee.
